Refund & Cancellation Policy – Secondary Directions
At Secondary Directions, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised services that help students make informed decisions about their education and future. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent about cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
💵 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

You cancel a session more than 24 hours in advance.

A session is cancelled by Secondary Directions for any reason (e.g. illness, emergency, or technical issues), and you choose not to reschedule.

You were charged in error or encounter a billing issue that is verified.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

Any admin or booking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Discounted or promotional services are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
